Best Practice for Handling Multiple Agency Clients with Shared Advertisers?

Hey everyone,

I’m currently managing data for multiple agency clients, and I’ve run into a bit of a structural question I’m hoping someone can help with.

Some of my agency clients work with the same affiliate programs and advertisers (e.g., CJ, Rakuten, Impact). I'm trying to figure out the best way to connect shared advertiser accounts in Affluent without mixing up data across agencies or creating duplicate connections that might cause syncing issues.

So my precise question is:

What’s the recommended way to manage shared advertiser accounts across different clients/agencies in Affluent without compromising data separation or syncing stability?

Also wondering:

Should I be using separate advertiser connections for each client, even if it’s the same platform login?

Will connecting the same advertiser account across different agencies interfere with reporting or cause duplicate data?

If anyone has run into this setup before or has tips on maintaining clean data across shared platforms, I’d really appreciate your insight.

Thanks in advance!
