I've been getting relentless calls from AA Recovery Solutions at all hours, even at my workplace after I asked them to stop. The caller was extremely rude and threatened wage garnishment. I looked them up and found out they're not even BBB accredited and have had actual federal lawsuits for this kind of behavior under the FDCPA. I'm keeping a log of every call now. Before I pay a cent or stress out more, I'm sending a debt validation letter to make them prove I actually owe this and that they have the right to collect.
