One of the most complicated situations in the construction is planning and it is one of the primary reasons why I am constructing Capabilisense. Some builders continue to use disconnected paper drawings, spreadsheets and disjointed handwritten notes that fail to change automatically. This results in time wastage, misunderstandings and inefficiencies which would not occur in case plans were centralized and amendable. Capabilisense unites planning tools in a single hub where changes are communicated instantly to members of the team. Rather than re-printing copies or seeking approvals, builders can revise tasks, re-adjust due dates and inform changes in real-time. The software is designed to minimize friction such that the teams take more time to develop and less time to rectify wrong moves. It also minimizes the chances of making expensive errors by providing a clear picture of what should be done and at what time to everyone. Intuiting and responsiveness in planning is thus one of the reasons why I am building Capabilisense because it gives teams the power to stay aligned and productive during the entire project lifecycle.
